LTC. Petr Franis, PhD., was born in 1976. He is Deputy Head of Informatics, Cyber and Robotics Department at the University of Defence (UoD) in Brno. He got his master degree and PhD. in the Military Academy in Brno. From 2003 he worked as Associate Professor at the Communication and Information System Department of UoD in Brno. He is specialized in the modelling and simulation, computer system architecture and cyber security.
