Col. Miroslav Feix, M.S. , born in 1974. He is a graduate of the Military College in Vyıkov and Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, CA, USA. He served on various command and staff positions at the Special Forces. He is currently working at the Special Forces Directorate in Prague, in concepts and strategies area, as as a Deputy Director of the Special Forces.
