LTC Rabia Saylam, PhD, born 1986. A graduate of Turkish Air Force Academy (BSc,2008; MSc, 2014) and Atatürk University (PhD, 2020). She has held various posts within Turkish Air Force and Academy. Currently, she serves as COS at NATO C2COE. Her focus lies on process mining, technology acceptance, and command and control. She is author of articles in international journals.
