Martin Sedláček, born in 1990. Graduate of the module Commander of Engineers Units at the Faculty of Economics and Management, University of Defense (2015). Since 2018 full-time doctoral student at the University of Defense in Brno. He deals with the issue of information support of engineer command and control subsystem in water crossing.
