Mgr. Lenka Slunečková, born in 1978, University of West Bohemia Plzeň, Masaryk University Brno, line of study English language and literature. Since the year 2001 she has been teaching both standard English and even English for special purposes. The main subject of her interest is using modern technology in teaching and increasing the motivation of learners. In 2008 she was a representative for the Czech Republic in the SMART User Forum (workshop pro users of interactive SMART boards) in Sweden, where she came first for the preparation of interactive teaching materials. In the school year 2008-2009 she taught English language and literature at a high school at Lake Havas City, Arizona, USA. Presently she works at the Centre of Language Preparation (CJP) in Brno.
