Ltc. Ing. Martin Klusáček, born in 1982, Military University of the Ground Forces (VVŠ PV) Vyškov, Faculty of Military Systems Control, (commander-manager of field engineering programme, University of Defence Brno, Faculty of Economics and Military Management (FEM). In 2005 he completed the ENTEC course at Euro NATO Training Engineer Centre, Federal Republic Germany. From the year 2005, with the exception of period 2007-2008 at the University of Defence Brno, he was employed as a service commander in the engineer units of Czech forces. Since 2008, he has been serving in EOD (Explosive Ordnance Disposal) units. He is occupied with the analyses of new military trends. He published only in the review Vojenské rozhledy.
