Maj. František Grmela, born 1968. He is graduated from the Military Technical College in Liptovský Mikuláš, Slovakia. After a two-year practice at the rocket troops he worked in the Department of Vehicle Technology of the Military College of the Grand Forces in Vyškov as a teacher, by 2008. Since 2009 to the present he is a member of the Doctrines Department in the Training Centre in Vyškov. In 1998 he participated in SFOR mission in Bosnia and Herzegovina, in 2006 as an observer of the UN mission UNMIL in Liberia, in 2008, as a commander of the Czech contingent of MNF-I (Multinational Forces-Iraq) and in 2010, as the UN military observer in the UNMIK in Kosovo.
