Vladimír Bízik, born 1989. Received a master’s degree in Law and Legal Theory at the Faculty of Law (2012) and a master’s degree in International Relations (2016) at the Faculty of Social Studies, Masaryk University, Brno. He also studied at Marmara University and Istanbul Bilgi University in Istanbul, Turkey; and the University of Nicosia, Cyprus. He worked for Czech NGOs League for Human Rights and European Values Think-Tank. He is currently a Ph.D. student in International Relations and European Studies at the Faculty of Social Studies, Masaryk University. He deals with the research of pacification of civilizations and states; IR theories; politics of the Middle East with a focus on Turkey; and related topics.
