Vojtěch Müllner, PhD, was born in 1988. He completed his master's (2015) and doctoral studies (2021) at the Faculty of Economics and Administration of Masaryk University in the field of the Public Economics. He currently works at the Department of Resource Management at the Faculty of Military Leadership of the University of Defense in Brno, the Department of Public Economics at the Faculty of Economics and Administration of Masaryk University, and at the Department of Music Production at the Faculty of Music Janáček Academy of Performing Arts. He deals with the issue of financial resources in various areas of the public and non-profit sectors.
