Captain  Kamil Nečas, born 986. He graduates the Faculty of Economics and Management of the University of Defense Brno (2013) in the field of State Defense Economics. In the years 2013–2019, he held various positions in the Economics Division and the Logistics Division of the University of Defense. He is currently a senior assistant in the Department of Resource Management at the Faculty of Military Leadership of the University of Defense in Brno. He deals with the issue of efficient allocation of resources in the defense environment.
