Doc. Ing. Miroslav Cempírek, CSc., (LTC., Ret.), born in 1952. He graduated the Military School of the Logistic Support in Žilina and postgraduate study at the Military Academy in Brno, in the field of logics. His doctor thesis was on the topic of "Economic Problems of Combat Training". He acted as a unit Logistic Deputy Commander for six years. Since 1990 he has worked as a teacher at the Department of Logistics of the University of Defense in Brno. He deals with the issue of logistic support in multinational operations. He presented the results of his work at conferences in Poland, Austria and the Czech Republic.
