Col. GS (ret.). Assoc. Prof. Radoslav Ivančík, PhD. et PhD., born  1969. He is a graduate of the Military Academy of the Lend Forces in Vyškov, doctoral studies at the Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica, the Armed Forces Academy of General Milan Rastislav Štefánik in Liptovský Mikuláš, and postgraduate studies at Warsaw University of Management. During his professional career, he held several important leadership positions at the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Slovak Republic and at the Ministry of Defence of the Slovak Republic. He currently works as an associate professor at the Academy of the Police Force in Bratislava. He deals with the issue of security.
