Oberman Čestmír
Čestmír Oberman (Reserve Colonel), born 1957. In 1980 graduated from Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Physical Education and Sport. He was working in leading positions of military training at levels of regiment, division, operating headquarters, and the Czech Army General Headquarters. Since 2007 he has been working as a chief researcher at the Department of Military Training in Sports Research Institute of Czech Armed Forces. His research contributes to testing and analysis of the physical fitness in the Czech Army soldiers of different specialties.
