RNDr. Nikola Hynek, M.A., PgDip Res, born in 1977. He studied the Masaryk University in Brno, University of Plymouth and University of Bradford. In January 2007 he completed the doctoral study of international security at the University of Bradford. He acts as a researcher at the Institute of International Relations in Prague and lecturer at the Metropolitan University and Charles University. I period of 2007-2008 he was a hosted researcher at the London School of Economics and in 2008/9 at Columbia University (Saltzman Institute of War and Peace Studies). Hes publications have been adopted in Security Dialogue, European Security, International Journal, Defense Studies or Journal of International Relations and Development. He as editor of books for Oxford University Press and Routledge.
