Luděk Novák, a graduate of the Brno University of Techlogy and the European Business School Praha. In 1983 – 1985 he acted in VÚGPT Zlín and in 1986-1996 in the Secondary Technical School Zlín. Since 1996 until now he is executive director MEDIAP which ensures the production of food doses, including military ones and pharmaceutical production. He is a leader of research in the area of development of food doses for the tropical climate and the research of mikrokapsulace active substances.
