Jan Valouch, Ph.D., born in 1971. He graduated from the Military Academy in Brno, in area Special Communications Systems (1994). He completed doctoral studies at the University of Defense and defended his dissertation in thesis "Design of Electromagnetic Compatibility for Testing and Development of Military Engineering" in 2007. In his military service (1993-2009), he acted in positions related mainly to telecommunications. At present he works at Tomas Bata University in Zlín as Director of the Institute of Secure Engineering. In his scientific, publishing and pedagogical activities he deals with the issues of electromagnetic compatibility and secure futurology.
