assoc. prof. Alena KAJANOVÁ Ph.D., born in 1982. She graduated from the Faculty of Health and Social Sciences of the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice (2005,2009, 2015), from the Faculty of Social Studies of Masaryk University in Brno (2013) and from Constantin the Philosopher University in Nitra (2013) in sociology, psychology and social work. She worked in leading positions at the Department of Social Work of the Faculty of Health and Social Sciences of the University of South Bohemia. At present she is working as associate professor at the Faculty of Health and Social Sciences of the University of South Bohemia and at the Institute of Technology and Business in České Budějovice. She primarily deals with the issues of the Roma minority, social exclusion and marginalized groups.
