Brichová Andrea

First Lieutenant  Andrea Brichová, was born in 1989. She completed both her bachelor’s and then her master’s degree in Economics and Management – National Defence Economics at the University of Defence. Since 2014 she has been a PhD candidate in National Defence Economics at the University of Defence. In her research she focuses on model competence in leading people for the graduates of the Faculty of Military Leadership of the University of Defence, which is indispensable to effective leadership of subordinate soldiers in their first command post in the Army of the Czech Republic. Since 2014 she has been working in Human Resources Department of the Army of the Czech Republic – firstly she worked for the 26th Air Command, Control and Surveillance Regiment at Stará Boleslav and now for the Personnel Agency of the Army of the Czech Republic in Prague.
