Pecina Viktor
Maj Viktor Pecina, born in 1982. He studied at the University of Defence in Brno (2005). During the past years he held various positions in the field of geodetic support of the army of the Czech Republic. He works as a specialist in global navigation satellite systems branch. Currently, in 2020, he is deployed in the KFOR mission for the second time. He publishes technical articles in national magazines in the field of geodesy and GNSS.
