Jaromír Ďuriš, Ph.D., born 1970. He graduated from the Military Pedagogical University in Bratislava (1992) and the University of Defense in Brno (2019). He served in active military service in units and facilities of the Army of the Czech Republic, and worked in pedagogical positions at military universities in the field of sociology. After his military career he worked in a civilian company. He now works as an assistant professor at the Department of Leadership at the University of Defense. He deals with organizational behavior, leadership and toxic leadership, methodology of sociological research.
