Polnar Stanislav

Major Stanislav Polnar, PhD., born in 1976. He graduated in law, jurisprudence, information studies, librarianship and historical sciences at the Faculty of Law, Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Arts and Science, Silesian University in Opava, and the Faculty of Humanities, University of Žilina. He served as a military police officer and member of the legal services of the Army of the Czech Republic at all levels of command and control, including Resolute Support operations abroad in Afghanistan. Currently, he is a lecturer at the Department of Military Theory of the Faculty of Military Leadership of the University of Defense in Brno. He deals with the problems of the history of military art, the development of doctrinal and strategical thinking and issues of security of the Czechoslovakia state.
