Lt. Col. PhDr. Jiří Sekanina, PhD, born in 1973. In 1997 he graduated from VO FTVS UK in Prague. In 2002 he received the title of PhDr., In 2016 the title of Ph.D. at the University of Defense in Brno in the study program economics and management. He has been working as an academic worker since 1999. He currently holds the position of Deputy Director of CTVS UO. During his military career, he worked as a military observer in several UN missions. He has long been involved in the issue of physical training of students of the University of Defense and optimization processes in physical education at a military university.
