MAJ Zbynek Jakubicek, born 1981. He graduated from the Military University in Brno in Military technologies – Mechanical (2005). In the Czech Armed Forces he held various logistic and staff positions. He has also experience form NATO structures. He currently works at the Centre for Security and Military Strategic Studies of the University of Defence Brno in the field of planning, organization and implementation of military career courses.
