Russian Involvement in the Conflict in Eastern Ukraine Over the Period April 2014 - February 2015 (part 2)
Abstract:
In the first part of the article was described terminology, main features and phases of Russian engagement in the conflict. It was pronounced that Russian engagement in the conflict is possible to designate it as military operation. The second article deals with other aspects of the conflict focused on indication of the Russian forces in operation, its unmasking signs and available operational experiences. The ending of the article deals with future possibilities of Russian engagement in region of the post-soviet states and political-military aspects of Russian foreign policy in extensive connection.- VR1-2017-Zapojeni_Ruske_federace.pdf (6021 Downloads)
Halačka Tomáš
Maj. Tomáš Halačka, born 1981. He graduated from the Miliraty College in Vyškov in the field of mechanized units commander, from the Faculty of Environmental Sciences of Jan Evangelista Purkyně University in Ústí nad Labem and the Faculty of Agrobiology and from the Food and Natural Resources of the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague. Since 2002 he acted in the staff positions at the MoD Support Base, the Military Conservatoire in Roudnice nad Labem and at the Prague Crew Command in the areas of internal management, combat training, training security and planning. At present, he works in the field of protocol support of the Armed Forces at the ministerial and governmental level. In 2015 he completed a course for senior officers at the Center for Security and Military and Strategic Studies of the University of Defence.

ZAPOJENÍ RUSKÉ FEDERACE DO KONFLIKTU NA VÝCHODNÍ UKRAJINĚ
V OBDOBÍ DUBEN 2014 – ÚNOR 2015
II. část
Obsáhlý článek pokračuje rozborem situace během konfliktu na východní Ukrajině. Vhodně navazuje na I. část, uvedenou ve VR 4/2016. Ve II. části je pozornost zaměřena na zapojení ruské armády, používání ruské techniky a vojenského materiálu. Jako klad lze vyzdvihnout snahu o objektivní hodnocení. Podle mého názoru bylo zdařilé i přes obtíže spojené se získáváním informací. Zdůrazňují se identifikační znaky ruské strany, identifikace ruských jednotek a principy soudobého boje. Předpoklady pro výběr a nasazení ruských jednotek. Chyby ruské strany při velení a řízení operací. Přehledně je zpracován závěr článku. Pozornost je věnována možnostem využití ruských zkušeností vzhledem k soudobým operacím.
Z hlediska terminologie je na zvážení, co to je transportní letectvo: Podívat se na 14. řádek na str. 65. Ještě jedna poznámka, je k formulaci věty na str. 67, bod a).
