Assoc. prof. Elitsa Petrova, PhD in Economics and Management and DSc. in Security and Defence, born 1978. A graduate of “St. St. Cyril and Methodius” University (2003). She worked at leadership and teaching positions in the management and social field. Currently active as lecturer, LEARepresentative for Horizon, Departmental Coordinator of Erasmus+. She focuses on the topic of Management, Strategic Management, Human Resources Management, Project Management, Management of Innovation, Organizational Behaviour. She is the author of 3 own monographs, co-author in 4 monographs, 5 published textbooks, over 130 articles in domestic and foreign journals.
