Bc. Petr Kalinič, born in 1988, in the years 2007-2010 he graduated in international relations and East-European studies from the Faculty of Philosophy and Arts, University of West Bohemia (bachelor study programmes). Since the year 2010 he has been involved in Political Science at the Faculty of Philosophy and Arts, University of West Bohemia at Plzeň. He aims his effort above all to post-modern military concepts.
