Zerzánová Dana
PhDr. Dana Zerzánová, born in 1957, Faculty of Arts, Jan Evangelista Purkyně University (FF UJEP) in Brno, major in Czech and Russian languages, Faculty of Education Masaryk University Brno, major in English language. After graduating, she worked as a secondary school teacher. In the course of her pedagogy practice she continued in her studies by means of attending various courses and seminars aimed at methodology of language teaching, mentoring and preparing for a new type of school leaving examinations. She cooperated with methodists at the Faculty of Education and the Faculty of Arts. She was a mentor for students—future teachers. Since 2006 she has been working as a university teacher at the Defence University, she teaches English and Russian languages, both in daily and combined studies. In her scholarly activities she is involved in examining the proficiency of her students in language preparation and the circumstances that influence effectivity of language teaching.
