Doc. dr. Ladislav Lašček, CSc., Col. (Ret.), born in 1949, in the year 1970 he finished the Higher Artillery School (VDU) Martin, Slovakia. In 1977 he graduated from the Military Faculty of Education, Military Academy Bratislava, majoring in military economy. Assistant professor in 1998 at Military Academy, Liptovský Mikuláš, Slovakia. At this school he went through all pedagogy positions, till the head of Financial and Economy Department. Associate professor at the Management Department—Head of Economy Group. In his pedagogical and research practice he devotes himself to problems of public sector and public finances, aimed at defence department. He is an author of several textbooks and monographs, he published in collections and printed matters of University of Defence Brno and the Military University of Ground Forces (VVŠ PF) Vyškov.
