LTC. MUDr. Jana Fajfrova, born in 1979. She is a head of the of the Nutrition Hygiene Group in Military Hygiene Department, Faculty of Military Health Sciences, of the University of Defence in Hradec Králové. She is a member of international professional society ESPEN (the European society for Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism). She deals with the issue of military hygiene, focusing on nutrition, obesity and metabolic disorders in the conditions of the Czech Armed Forces and in cooperation with the University Hospital in Hradec Králové she resolves the issue of metabolic disorders in patients with chronic liver disease.
