Ing. Martin Koller, Lt.Col. (Ret.), born in 1955, Military Technical College (VVTŠ) Martin, Slovakia, postgraduate course in informatics support, Faculty of Arts at Charles University (FF UK) in Prague. Six years military technician for anti-tank regiment, manager of heavy vehicles at the Military Historical Institute (VHÚ) Prague. The main manager for a private firm, an executive at the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, commercial manager of Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Kuwait, editor and analyst at the Ministry of Defence. In his work he concentrates on military technology, military history and security policy. He published dozens of articles in magazines, journals. He comments security and military problems on television. Author of several vocational publications on trends in arms systems development, co-author of a book named From the Great Moravia to NATO.
