Miroslav Krátký, Ph.D. (Col, ret.), born in 1956. Military College Liptovsky Mikulas (1979) and Military Academy Brno in the field of Air Defence. 1979-1995 command and staff positions at the Regiment and Air Defence division levels. Since 1995 to now - University of Defence UO Brno as an assistant professor. He deal with air defense systems, in particular the issue of non-standard use of the means of air attack and defense against them.
