Ing. Boris Šroll, Ph.D., Col. (Ret.), born in 1963, graduate of Military College of the Ground Forces (VVŠ PV) at Vyškov. From 2004 till 2007, as a manager he was in charge of a Foodstuffs Division at the Logistic and Medical Support Directorate, Stará Boleslav. In 2009 he graduated in doctoral study programme Economy and Management, Faculty of Economics and Military Management (FEM), University of Defence, branch of study economics and hygiene of nutrition. He concentrates on identifications, evaluation, handling, monitoring and proving eminent risks in the process of catering within the Ministry of Defence. He participated in scientific activities at conferences abroad, in publications issued in the USA, UK and Portugal.
