Kroupa Lubomír
Lt.Col. Ing. Lubomír Kroupa, CSc., born in 1959, Military Academy (VAAZ) Brno, from 1986 military schools, senior lecturer, Department of Operational Deployment of Engineers, Military Academy Brno; 2003-2006 assignment in Mons, Belgium, in the NATO Headquarters as a chief senior officer-specialist for NATO schools / chief of ENTEC group (Euro-NATO Training Engineer Centre), Munich, Germany. After his return to the Czech Republic he worked as a senior lecturer for Institute of Operational and Tactical Studies (ÚOTS) Brno. Since 2007, head of Department of Fire Support Control, Faculty of Economics and Management (FEM), Military Academy Brno. Member of a Terminology Board at the Defence Standardization, Codification and Government Quality Assurance Authority (Úř OSK SOJ). Within the scope of his scientific and pedagogical activities he concentrates namely on problems of military blasting works and engineer measurements for forces protection. Author and co-author of vocational and expert lectures and publications.
