Ing. Pavlína Vasická, born in 1983. She is a graduate of Tomáš Baťa University in Zlín, Faculty of Technology. She focuses on the issues of food hygiene, catering and food security of the Czech Armed Forces. She published the results her research, both in scientific student conferences and congresses abroad, on Research & Development Associates for Military Food and Packaging in the USA. Currently she is a student of the doctoral program in Economics and Management of the University of Defence.
