Lubomir Přikryl, born in 1955. He is a graduate from the Military Academy in Brno (1984), including postgraduate studies (1986). He performed a basic and vocational positions at the transportation brigade. Later, he worked at the Military Research Institute of Land Forces in Vyškov. In 2002 he became Deputy Head of the Department of equipment testing, and since 2005 he was a head of the testing department and the leader of laboratory at the Military Maintenance Company (VOP 026) in Šternberk. He actively participates in projects of the Defence Research and Development. Since 2008 he is the project manager, testing of vehicles and EMC. It is one from representatives of the National Authority of MoD for testing military vehicles and EMC. He publishes in specialized magazines with diving theme.
