Radomir Saliger, Ph.D. (Ltc. ret.), born in 1958. He is graduated from the Military College of Land Forces in Vyškov, the Military College of Education in Bratislava and Faculty of Education at the Palacký University in Olomouc. He has been acting at the military schools (Vyškov and Brno) since 1990, as an assistant professor, the group leader of Social Sciences and the deputy head of the Social Sciences and Human Resources Department. He is a member of the Czech educational society, the European Association for Security and the Czech Educational Research Association. In addition to educational activities, he is involved in the implementation of sociological research for the Czech Armed Forces.
