Lt. Lukáš Kubiček, Ph.D., born in 1979 . He is graduate from the Military College of Ground Forces in Vyškov (2003) and from  postgraduate studies at the University of Defense in Brno (2007). Since 2006 he was a CIMIC commander and in 2008 commander of the Liaison Monitoring Team within the 12th KFOR Contingent. He completed CIMIC (Civil Military Cooperation Centre of Excellence, Budel, the Netherlands) and PSYOPS (NATO School, Oberramergau, Germany) courses.
