Josef Nastoupil, (Col. Ret), born in 1924. He graduated from the Joint Military Academy and in the years 1945-1982 he actively served in the army. He is currently retired and deals with translation from French, German and, English texts in the military field. He is an external collaborator of the MoD scientific library (AVIS), publishes in military and other professional journals.
