Hubert Štofko (Ltc. Ret.), born in 1955. He is a graduate from the Military College of the Land Forces (VVŠ PV) in Vyškov. In period 1980 - 1983, he served as platoon commander. From 1983 to 2005 he worked as a teacher at the VVŠ PV in the field of weapons and their use. He was a member of teams dealing with the development and implementation of shooting simulators for training of small arms. Now he works as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Military Management and Tactics of the University of Defence in Brno.
