Maj. Milan Žilínek, born in 1962. He graduated from the Military Academy in Brno and enters to the practise in post of commander Engineer Company. In the years 1994-2001 he held the staff position in military District Administration in Břeclav. Since 2001 he works as an assistant professor in the Institute for Operational and Tactical Studies of the University of Defence in Brno. He deals with the issue of personnel replenishment of the armed forces.
