Col. Radomil Novotný, born in 1956, graduated from the Military Logistic College in the field quartermaster support. He was the platoon of the school unit commander and the chief of quartermaster service of the mechanized regiment. From 1988 to the present he is working in military education field, at the Military College of the Ground Forces in Vyškov and at the University of Defence in Brno.
