Col. Pavel Vobůrka, born in 1957. After graduating from the Military Academy in Brno, in 1983, he worked 15 years as a chief facility for the automotive repair and services in Časlav. 1996-2000 - the director of the Transport Department of the main Office of the Internal Administration of MoD, 2000-2001 - the United Nations Mission in Iraq UNGCI, 2002-2003 - UNAMSIL in Sierra Leone, 2003-2005, director of the MoD Department of Transportation Office of Traffic and Services. Currently he is the chief of the Education and Training Centre of the Ministry of Defence in Komorní Hrádek.
