Rudolf Rak (Ltc. Ret.), born in 1957. He graduated from the Military Academy in Brno and from the course in the management of defence resources field, at the Naval Postgraduate School (USA). He was working in the Institute for Defence Studies of the Army of the Czech Republic, in the Military Academy in Brno and in the Defence Policy and Strategy Division of the MoD. He was involved in the Czech-American expert team for six months, dealing with the defence resources modelling (DRMM-Defence Resources Management Model.
