Col. Dr. Jaromír Mareš, born in 1955. He is graduate from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Technology in Brno and from the logistics courses in the US School of Logistics and LEDC course in Fort Lee, Virginia. In 1980-2003 he worked as a lecturer in the Military College of the Grand Forces in Vyškov in the area of theoretical-engineering, now at the University of Defence, Brno as a research assistant in the field of material and services.
