Ltc. Asoc. Prof. Dr. Bedřich Rýznar, born in 1958. He graduated from the the Military College of the Grand Forces in Vyškov, postgraduate studies at the Military Academy in Brno and from the Institute for Crisis Management, University of Economics in Prague. Since 1989 he acts as a scientific-pedagogical staff, currently acting in the Department of the Military Leadership of the the University of Defence in Brno. He deals with issue of the training and education of commanders, staffs, and the training of troops, and also using of Armed Forces in combat and noncombat operations. He is the author and co-author of many military regulations, scientific texts, textbooks and other articles, published in domestic and foreign professional periodicals.
