JUDr. Pavel Caban, Ph.D, born in 1976.  He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague (1999), where he also subsequently complete postgraduate studies. Since 2000, he has been an officer of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic. In the years 2000 to 2009, he acted at the International Law Department and since November 2009 he acts as a diplomat at the Embassy of the Czech Republic in the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
