Karel Kozák, Ph.D. (Col. Ret.), born in 1942. He is a graduate from the Military academy (including doctoral studies). He was acting in the Institute for Research of Operation Art,  the Defense Studies Institute and the Defense Standardization Department of MoD. He held various staff and command positions at armed forces structure.
