Maj. Pavel Skalický, born in 1979. After completing his university education at the Military Academy in Brno, he worked for the Land Force Service, lastly at the 153rd Engineer Battalion. In 2014 he became a senior lecturer at the University of Defense, Department of Engineers, where he has been operating until now. His specialization focuses on blasting and removing explosive devices.
