Maj. Roman Pospíšil, born in 1967. He is graduate of Military Political College in Bratislava (1990), of the Bachelor's study of Andragogy at the Faculty of Arts (1998), of the Palacky University in Olomouc, the Brigade Course at Military Academy in Brno (2001) and METER Czech and Swiss Management Course for Corporate and Institutional Management. Currently he is studying psychology at Palacky University in Olomouc. In 1990-1995 he performed various positions in the field of social management and logistics, after 1995 he held the position of a head of personnel department of the Army Corps Headquarters in Olomouc, in 1997 the senior officer at the Land Force Command, in 2002 -2003 Chief of the Applied Psychology Group at the Personnel Selection Center in Olomouc and since 2003, where he has been operating as a Chief of the Department so far.
