Mgr. Martin Bastl, Ph.D. was born in 1973. He graduated from the Faculty of Social Studies of Masaryk University in Brno, field of study - cyber-terrorism. Since graduating from the University he has worked at the Masaryk University so far, as an assistant professor. He specializes in the history of strategy and strategic thinking, terrorism, political extremism, and contemporary armed conflicts. He is the author or co-author of many publications.
